"In late 2024 I unveil my "Diamond Drips" collection – an homage to the feminine form intertwined with the opulence of Swarovski diamond dust. As I pour enamel acrylic onto canvas, these works of abstract art materialise as voluptuous lingerie-clad figures. They're not merely paintings; they're a whispered conversation between the brush, the canvas, and the luminous diamond dust, narrating an intimate tale of beauty and strength.
The rare Swarovski® diamond dust, its exclusivity makes it an exquisite and rare treasure - unattainable to most and definitely incomparable to standard artist glitter, yet it finds a home in my studio thanks to hours of negotiating and global sourcing through key partners.
As I merge this unique medium into my art, I find myself pushing the boundaries of artistic expression. The dust's shimmer dances on the canvas, interacting with the light to create a mesmerising spectacle, akin to a ballet of luminescence. Each granule mirrors the strength, elegance, and resilience intrinsic to the feminine form - a potent symbolism that echoes in every piece of the "Diamond Drips" collection.
